By purchasing products from VLCG, customers agree to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Quality

We sell confectionery and general snack items including toffees, chocolates, biscuits, namkeens, and packaged sweets.
All products are sold in good faith and sourced from trusted suppliers.
Customers are requested to check expiry dates before purchase.

3. Pricing

All prices are fixed and clearly displayed.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice depending on supplier rates and market conditions.
No bargaining policy unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We accept cash and digital payments (UPI/QR/online transfer, if available).

5. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of food items, no returns or exchanges will be accepted once the product leaves the store.
Exchanges are only allowed if the product is damaged or expired at the time of purchase and reported immediately with bill proof.

6. Liability

VLCG is not responsible for any allergic reactions or health issues. Customers are advised to read product labels carefully.
We are not liable for improper storage of products after purchase.

7. Bulk Orders

Bulk or special orders must be confirmed in advance.
Advance payment may be required for large quantity orders.

8. Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to maintain respectful behavior inside the store.
Any damage caused to store property must be compensated.
