Return & Refund Policy

VLCG – VIJAYALAXMI CONFECTIONERY & GENERAL

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of confectionery and food products, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy once the product leaves the store.

2. Eligible Cases for Exchange

Exchange will be considered only if:

• The product is expired at the time of purchase

• The product packaging is damaged before leaving the store

• The wrong item was given by our staff

⚠ The issue must be reported immediately at the counter with the original bill.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Taste preference

• Products opened or consumed

• Damage after leaving the store

• Improper storage by customer

4. Refund Process (If Approved)

• Approved refunds will be processed in the original payment method (cash/UPI).

• For small items, exchange with another product of equal value may be offered instead of refund.

5. Bulk Orders

• Advance payment for bulk orders is non-refundable once the order is confirmed and prepared.

• Cancellation must be made before order processing begins.
